The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART) is conducting a review of bus fares, covering State Transit and private buses in the metropolitan and outer-metropolitan regions.

The Ministry of Transport has proposed increases of around five percent for single fares and TravelTen tickets. Larger increases are proposed for the multi-mode TravelPass tickets, ranging from eight to eighteen percent.

The main agenda items are:

- Current campaigns and projects
* Victoria Road widening/Iron Cove Bridge Duplication
* GreenWay Line (Dulwich Hill Light Rail extension)

It is incredibly important for everyone to make a submission about NSW claims on the Federal infrastructure budget. We need to support sustainable public transport and to show our profound lack of support for anymore money to be spent on new motorways in Sydney.
